He is an ambassador for the Obama Foundation's My Brother's Keeper Alliance and currently Youth Education Coordinator for the Lake County Regional Office of Education in partnership with the State's Attorney's Gun Violence Prevention Initiative.

Activities and Programs
Annual Rising Campaign:
Every February, Lake County Rising organizes a dynamic "rising" event, where the community converges through activities. The aim is to raise awareness about gender-based violence and foster solidarity within the community.
Awareness and Education:
Lake County Rising-affiliated organizations conduct workshops, talks, and educational activities in schools, businesses, and the broader community. These initiatives serve to increase awareness about gender-based violence and promote preventive measures..
Support for Survivors:
LCR-affiliated organizations provides resources and emotional support to individuals who have experienced gender-based violence. We connect survivors with legal, health, and counseling services to ensure a comprehensive and supportive response.
Collaboration with Social Organizations:
Lake County Rising collaborates closely with local organizations like the Zacharias Center, Mano a Mano Family Resource Center, the Lake County State Attorney's Office, and A Safe Place. These partnerships strengthen the response to gender-based violence in Lake County.
